Applying

Is there a fee to apply?

No. Applying with West Bridge Financial is free and there's no obligation to accept any offer.

Will applying affect my credit score?

No. Reviewing your application and presenting offers does not require a hard credit inquiry. A funder may run a full credit check only once you choose to move forward with a specific offer.

What documents do I need?

A completed application and your most recent 3–4 months of business bank statements. Depending on the program, a funder may also request a driver's license, a voided business check, tax returns, or an equipment quote.

What are the minimum requirements?

For most programs: at least 6 months in business, roughly $15,000 or more in monthly revenue, and a business checking account. Term and SBA loans typically require 2+ years in business and stronger credit.

Can I qualify with bad credit?

Often, yes. Revenue-based financing in particular focuses on your business's sales and cash flow rather than your personal credit score.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Your application is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and shared only with funding partners for the purpose of evaluating your request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Funding

How fast can I get funded?

Many clients receive offers the same day they apply and are funded within 24 to 48 hours of signing. Equipment financing usually takes a few days; term and SBA loans can take several weeks.

How much can I get?

Funding typically ranges from $10,000 to $2,000,000 depending on the program, your monthly revenue and your time in business. Term and SBA programs can go higher.

What can I use the funds for?

Almost any legitimate business purpose — payroll, inventory, equipment, marketing, renovations, expansion, taxes, or covering a slow season.

Do I need collateral?

Most revenue-based financing and line of credit programs don't require specific collateral. Equipment financing is secured by the equipment, and some term loans may require collateral or a personal guarantee.

Revenue-Based Financing

What is revenue-based financing?

Revenue-based financing (RBF) is the purchase of a portion of your business's future receivables at a discount. You receive a lump sum up front, and the funder collects an agreed percentage of your sales — usually via daily or weekly ACH — until the purchased amount is delivered. It is not a loan.

How is the cost of revenue-based financing calculated?

Revenue-based financing uses a factor rate instead of an interest rate. For example, $50,000 in funding with a 1.30 factor rate means $65,000 in total receivables purchased. Your advisor will show you the total payback and payment amount for every offer before you sign.

What if my sales slow down?

Because revenue-based financing is tied to your receivables, many agreements allow for a reconciliation that adjusts your remittance to reflect actual sales. Your advisor will explain the terms of each specific offer.

Can I get additional funding later?

Yes. Many clients qualify for renewals or additional funding once they've paid down a portion of their current balance, often on better terms.

Are you a direct lender?

No. West Bridge Financial is a commercial finance broker. We work with a network of third-party funding partners who make the final underwriting decisions and provide the funds. This lets us compare multiple offers on your behalf.
